Internal Organisation

Nolan, Norton & Co. consists of a pool of about 30 consultants (from junior consultant to senior manager), a partner team that manages the firm, and professional support staff.
The support staff helps our consultants and the firm to perform in the best possible way. It consists of the Secretarial Office, the Graphic Artist Unit and the Business Support Office.

At Nolan, Norton & Co. we work in a challenging environment with highly skilled professionals, in roles with extensive responsibilities and high visibility. We work hard to generate positive change for our clients and in the careers of our people.
The NNC career path starts at a junior consultant level and ends at the partner level.

Our way of working
Nolan, Norton & Co. distinguishes itself, by the integral way we approach our clients 'issues'. We generate, design and implement innovative and validated business concepts in complex situations and in addition manage the impact. We don't just focus on the quantitative aspect of an issue, we also take political and practical implementation factors into account. That's why we excel in developing feasible and widely supported strategies, designs and plans that take the abilities and competences of our clients into account. Our advice ends up implemented, instead of in a drawer.

 

 
The Nolan, Norton & Co. Atmosphere

We are a young (average age is under 35), group of consultants, who enjoy working in a highly professional but pleasant atmosphere.

 

In our office, you can constantly find consultants grouped together, sharing knowledge and experience, explaining each other methods, discussing draft presentations and brainstorming. Because hierarchy is minimal, and because we value all our colleagues, people from all levels contribute to this energetic working environment.
