My background

In October 2006, after completing the International School for Hospitality Management and receiving a university degree in Social Science, specializing in Strategy, I joined Nolan, Norton & Co. For a university graduate it isn’t always easy to find a job which offers a steep learning curve combined with a very good work climate, direct client contact, career opportunities and colleagues who are willing to coach you. A former colleague pointed me at Nolan, Norton & Co. and so far I have not regretted my choice at all.

My interests

In the past years I have participated in a variety of projects in different industries like Retail, Banking, Aviation, Temping and Public Services. I have a special interest in those projects were strategy meets execution.
These are projects in the fields of Organizational Restructuring and Program Management.

Working at Nolan, Norton & Co.

At NNC there is a strong drive to succeed, but the atmosphere is always relaxed and very fraternal.
For example you can easily step into the office of a partner if you would like to discuss something. Actually, it is even expected of you. Next to a variety of tough and challenging projects a job at Nolan, Norton & Co. offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself. For example by performing internal roles and by attending workshops and lectures.

Looking at the future

For now (and the future) I know I enjoy working with a variety of clients and helping them to go forward. And even as important I realize how valuable working with enthusiastic and openminded colleagues can be.
