Senior Manager

My background primarily consists of 15 years of experience within the Financial Services Sector. During this period I've had a variety of functions and roles in management and consultancy, such as trainee, product manager, manager business development, (international) program manager, manager strategy and research. Since 2007 I am a Senior Manager at Nolan, Norton & Co., responsible for the Insurance Sector.

My interests

My main professional interest is to realise strategic change, based upon an - ever changing - balance between facts based analysis, vision and change execution and working together with clients to realise this. Traditionally, these are complex, challenging and slow processes within
Financial Services Companies, but recent market developments pose an interesting and coercive challenge to change and create increased adaptibility. With all the challenges at hand in this industry, the next couple of years will decide who are the winners and the losers for the next decade or so. My broad functional interest and background in a.o. marketing, finance and operations in my experience is a great aid to realise creative and lasting solutions.
