Senior Manager

My background

I am a senior manager at Nolan, Norton & Co. Before joining Nolan, Norton & Co. in 2005, I have worked for eight years at Essent as a manager for several projects, programs and departments in the field of organisational development, government regulation, sustainable business and asset development, IT and programmanagement. In these roles I was closely involved in several, complex changes in specifically the Dutch Energy market. My study background is in business administration, business strategy and organisational behavior.

My interests

My interest lies primarily in organizational development and the execution of large and complex business strategies and programs. Given my professional background and the wide spread of developments taking place, I also show a special interest in the Utilities sector. I absolutely enjoy working in partnership with my clients and in creating teams that really strive together in realising lasting results.
