Manager
My background

I studied Business Economics at the Tilburg University with a specialization in Organizational Theory and International Management. In the late 90s I was involved in various large, international ERP projects mainly in the consumer electronics industry. During these projects I learned a lot about how program and project management in general, how business and IT change can be successful and how international, heterogeneous teams can achieve the best results possible.

My interests

My professional interest evolves around one question: How to translate strategic business objectives into ambitious and yet realistic goals in such a way that all stakeholders can benefit? The answer to this question is not an easy one and it requires knowledge and experience in the fields of
among others: program and change management, operational excellence,
performance management and alignment of people, processes and IT systems.

Working at Nolan, Norton & Co.

In 2007 I joined Nolan, Norton & Co. Apart from the specific knowledge of certain branches and business topics, the added value of NNC is undisputedly in the quality of its consultants. The added value of working with consultants of NNC can best be described by a quote. David Maister, a famous author on the subject of professional service firms, descibed the perspective that companies have on consultants in the following phrase: “We don’t care how much you know, until we know how much you care”. Based on the feedback that we get from our clients, it’s safe to say that NNC consultants ‘care’ a lot.

Looking at the future

The biggest challenge for every company is to respond adequately to changes in the business environment. Looking forward, one of my personal objectives is to contribute to the ongoing development and growth of NNC and more importantly to maximize the ability of our clients to adapt their changing environments.
