![]() Manager While studying Business Economics in Amsterdam I started working for a strategic consulting firm. During and after finalizing my study I joined in projects concerning strategic -, marketing-strategic - en investment decision making issues. In this 4 year period I also was a guest lecturer at Nyenrode University and Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam in the field of strategy and marketing-strategy. Afterwards I worked for three years as a freelance consultant for KPN Mobile. For KPN Mobile I worked on improving the innovation and project process, was responsible for the IT innovation planning and was part of the team responsible for the integration of the fixed en mobile IT departments of KPN. At a certain point I realized that I wanted to broaden my experience by working in a team on projects in a wide range of industries and subjects and decided to join a consulting firm. The choice for Nolan, Norton & Co. was easily made, because I got an inside look by working with a Nolan, Norton & Co. team on a KPN project. So in the spring of 2007 the professionalism, energy and personal skills of the Nolan, Norton & Co. consultants made me choose to join Nolan, Norton & Co. My interests What I really enjoy is helping a client to make the right decisions whether this is an investment decision or a re-organization etc. After that I want to contribute to the success of this decision by joining in the execution process. I believe that Execution Power is one of the strengths of NNC which is highly valued by our clients as well.
Working at Nolan, Norton & Co. Working at Nolan, Norton & Co means working on challenging client issues in a team of driven, ambitious and energetic colleagues. We all strive to provide the best possible solution for the client. The Nolan, Norton & Co. way of working helps us to achieve this and to protect the overall quality. But not less important; the NNC culture can be characterized as open minded, supporting and with a good sense of humor as well. Which makes it a great place to work! Looking at the future My focus in the near future will be at further developing my skills as a project/ program manager and increasing my commercial activities besides the regular project activities. |
