Our consultants
![]() Senior Consultant Always fascinated by the complexity of business and managerial challenges brought home by my father I started studying business engineering (BA) at Fontys Hogescholen followed by General Management (MSc) at Nyenrode. After the completion of my studies I started off working for four years in the Dutch banking sector. It was only after an introduction to NNC by a former colleague, that I switched to consultancy. Since then I've had more than three years of challenging engagements in several projects (program management, pricing strategies, financial modeling, proposition development, business continuity management, a.o.), several publications on strategy execution, development of the NNC strategy proposition and commercial activities concerning the banking sector (one of the key sectors for NNC). I'm looking forward to helping clients with their (new) challenges! My interests Essentially I want to contribute to the business success of my clients by offering new insights and concepts and by helping to consider alternative strategies and ways to organise for success. To me it's not just about giving advise on how to implement, it's also about helping to execute and incorporate changes up to a level that the client's organisation is ready to take it over. To my opinion the area between strategy development and effective strategy execution is still underexposed. I want to help bridging the gap between useful concepts / models and the actual and effective execution
Working at Nolan, Norton & Co. Working at NNC is not merely about getting the anticipated results; it's also about exceeding the client's expectations and meticulously managing the process by wich the results are to be achieved. Like most other NNC consultants I'm also best characterised as goal-oriented, zestful, hard working, precise, and social-minded. So far I have been engaged in various projects in several sectors in different roles. My main focus however is on the financial sector, banking in particular. Although being an allrounder I've developed specific expertise in strategy development, strategy execution, project / program management, and financial modeling.
Looking at the future In my opinion one of the main challenges in the years to come is to find new ways to create sustainable value; to find a true balance between environment, society and profitability. This means rethinking existing business models and value propositions. As a NNC strategy consultant I'm looking forward to take up the challenges ahead together with our clients. |
