A SSC is an accountable organisational entity in which business units concentrate their shared processes. SSCs are more than a hype. An estimated 50% of multinationals in Europe either have or plan to create an SSC. SSCs are emerging in every sector.

A SSC creates a course towards sustainable growth and profitability by:
