About Nolan Norton Institute |
The Nolan Norton Institute coordinates and develops Intellectual Capital for Nolan, Norton & Co. and its clients. NNI does so through initiating and executing (single and multi-client) research projects, and in various distribution forms disseminates the new insights and models.
The Nolan Norton Institute focuses on identifying emerging trends and issues in the fields of strategy, strategy execution, governance, organization design, and IT governance. The NNI identifies weak signals, validates these for their relevance and impact, and shapes and frames these in order that executives and managers can act on these signals. The insights developed are published, shared with clients and used in the consulting practice of Nolan, Norton & Co.
