Questionnaire: Telecom services for Small and Medium Enterprises

Nolan, Norton & Co. has started a research initiative for a better understanding of what Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) expect from their telecom providers.

The consumer market is targeted with integrated telecom packages. A combination package of telephone, internet and television is a good example of this. Larger enterprises are served through an account manager by the telecom providers, with tailored delivered telecom services. However, the SME market is largely undefined.

Through this research we would like to know what telecom services SMEs wish to receive, and through what channel. The on-line research questionnaire is in Dutch and is available at: www.nolannorton.com/vragenlijst
