Rodamco Europe is a leading European Retail Property Company active in 12 European countries, with own operations in 10 countries and listed on the Euronext 100, Amsterdam AEX Index (AEX) and the MSCI World Indices.  

Situation

When I became CEO at Rodamco Europe in 2002, the firm had just made several large acquisitions both in Sweden and the Netherlands. To get a clear view of the tasks ahead, I asked Nolan, Norton & Co. to review the firm's strategy. After their initial support they stayed on board to assist my management team and myself in implementing the suggested changes in terms of organisation, processes, systems and people through a series of projects.
