My first encounter

Actually I think I met with Ger Damen, Managing Partner of Nolan, Norton & Co. on my first day in office as the CIO of one of the world's largest temporary and contract staffing operations. Nolan, Norton & Co. is a well known brand in the IT community and somehow they had managed to get into my agenda, so I was interested in meeting him. Since that meeting we have worked together on multiple assignments and continued working together when I joined KPN in 2005.

In my experience, working with consultants is both inspiring and annoying. Nolan, Norton & Co. has always been able to balance that mix. They tailor their approach and team to my needs and they really work together with me as a project owner.
