Georgette Fijneman - Director Program Management SNS Bank

SNSbankSNS Bank is one of the five large banks in the Netherlands and part of one of the leading retail bank insurance companies in the Netherlands focusing on private clients and the SME segment.

Situation

Being in a dynamic market such as retail banking, we are always working on multiple projects at the same time. New propositions, operational excellence, regulatory changes, and mergers and acquisitions are just a small set of topics which we as the program management department of SNS Bank are asked to work on. From time to time we simply have insufficient skilled resources to execute all these projects, in such cases Nolan, Norton & Co. is a sure bet.

Why Nolan, Norton & Co.?

In my opinion they add high value in complex strategic change projects that will have significant impact on the organization, in which their combination of execution power and analytics comes out good. They are well informed about the financial sector, create buy-in on all levels for their solutions, deliver high-quality results and are pleasant to work with. Working with NNC needs no looking after, they have a natural cooperative mode of operation and a high sense of quality which is frequently asked for by people throughout our organization.

My Experience?

They are certainly not cheap, but definitely worth their money. In my book NNC stands for quality. I have worked with approximately 7 of their consultants on several projects and was surprised by the consistency in their way of working and results delivered.
